Price

Order cancellation

Each ordered item is automatically deducted from stock.
Since all our items are made in very small quantities, some may no longer be available.
You can still order it and it will be shipped according to the deadline indicated on the website.
Les Bijoux du Nibou cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disturbances caused by carriers (strikes). The consumer will be notified of the sending of articles by email.

The right to retract

Les Bijoux du Nibou website respects the legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days. This period begins on the day of delivery of the consumer's order. All returns must be notified to Customer Service by email at contact@lesbijouxdunibou.com in advance.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the return costs which remain the consumer’s responsibility. Les Bijoux du Nibou reserves the right to postpone the refund until recovery of the goods or physical proof of re-dispatch by the buyer. The customer will be held responsible in case of product depreciation resulting from excessive manipulations on his part. The value of the items returned will then be refunded by the same means of payment as the one used by the customer during the initial order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry or personalized items.
